I love to motivate you, to help you achieve your best performance during your workout session.

The workouts I design are unique and reflect each client's particular needs and body type. I like to make working out interesting and fun.

I base my unique workouts on three foundations:

Cross and Circuit Training

This exercise model gets you to perform different exercises within a specified time. I utilize Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Plyometrics, the Body Solid, Treadmill and Concept 2 rowing machines to give you a full body workout. These sessions focus on burning a lot of calories to get you into great cardio shape with muscle endurance.

Circuit Training

Like Cross Training this is a fast paced workout combining high-intensity aerobics with resistance training which is designed to burn fat and calories, increase your cardio capacity while building muscle and endurance. Unlike Cross Training, however, doing circuits puts more focus on specific body areas, such as legs, back and arms, to isolate and tone muscle groups.

Body Building / Sculpting

The grand daddy of all techniques, body building, or body sculpting, puts the focus on isolation work for building muscle and strength. Workouts are slower paced with varied repetitions and sets.
